• Kindergarten Readiness

  This small-group class is for incoming kindergartners for fall 2026. Students will learn how to properly use school supplies, general classroom rules, practice fine motor skills, phonemic awareness, name practice, and more! This class is run by former D428 kindergarten teacher, Amy Peura.

• Spanish Class for K/1 Students in a Dual Language Program

  Practice Spanish skills in this small-group class designed for students in a Dual Language Program in a school district. We will learn letter sounds, counting, colors, shapes, basic vocabulary and basic syllables. Megan Zamora is the teacher for this class.

• Spanish Class for Beginners: Grades 4+

  This small-group class is for students who will be entering 4th grade or higher and who have little to no Spanish background. We will practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing. We will learn to count, identify colors, shapes, animals, and verbs. We will read and write basic sentences and practice listening and speaking skills. No prior knowledge of Spanish is needed. The teacher for this class is Megan Zamora.
